Will there be future costs?
No. Your $6.99 (not including tax) purchase includes all future updates and new features at no additional cost. We will never charge you again. No subscriptions, no surprise charges, ever.
How do you make money without subscriptions?
We believe in sustainable, honest business. The one-time fee covers our development and operational costs while keeping our incentives aligned with user privacy, not data collection or advertising.

How does Slovle protect my privacy?
Slovle uses end-to-end encryption for your messages, calls, and files. This means your data is encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient. Not even we can read your conversations.
What data do you collect?
We commit to zero data collection for advertising or sale. We only collect minimal data necessary to operate the service (account creation, authentication). We never sell your data, never track your activity for advertising, and never share your information with third parties.
Can Slovle read my messages?
No. With end-to-end encryption, only you and your intended recipients can read your messages. Slovle servers only pass encrypted data between users. We cannot decrypt or read your conversations.
Are voice and video calls encrypted?
Yes. All voice and video calls will be end-to-end encrypted using secure protocols. Your conversations remain private, whether you're chatting one-on-one or in a group call.
Is Slovle open source?

Can I create unlimited servers?
Yes! You can create as many servers as you want. There are no limits on the number of servers, channels, or members in your communities.
What file types can I share?
You can share any file type through Slovle. All files are encrypted during transfer and storage. File size limits will be announced closer to launch.
How many people can join a voice call?
Slovle supports group voice and video calls. Specific participant limits will be announced as we finalize the platform capabilities.
Can I customize my server?
Yes! You can customize server icons, create custom channels, set permissions, add custom emoji, and personalize your community space. Full customization features will be detailed at launch.

What are the system requirements?
Slovle is designed to run efficiently on modern devices. Specific system requirements for each platform will be published before launch. Generally, any device from the last 5 years should run Slovle smoothly.
Will my data sync across devices?
Yes. Your servers, channels, and encrypted conversations will sync securely across all your devices. Sign in on any platform and pick up where you left off.
Do I need to be online to use Slovle?
You need an internet connection to send messages and make calls. However, you'll be able to view your message history and some content offline.
