By accessing or using Slovle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Slovle.
Important Notice: Slovle is currently in planning stages. These Terms of Service represent our intended policies and commitments, but nothing is finalized until the app launches. ETA to release is unknown.
1. Service Description
Slovle is a privacy-first communication platform that provides:
- End-to-end encrypted messaging
- Secure voice and video calling
- Private server creation and management
- Encrypted file sharing
- Community communication tools
All features are included with your one-time purchase of $4.99 (not including tax). We commit to zero data collection for advertising or sale.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
To use Slovle, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken using your account
3. Purchase and Payment
3.1 One-Time Purchase
Slovle requires a one-time purchase of $6.99 (not including applicable taxes). This purchase includes:
- Lifetime access to all current features
- All future updates and new features at no additional cost
- No recurring subscriptions or hidden fees
- Access across all supported platforms
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if:
- The service fails to function as described
- You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved
- You are dissatisfied with the service

3.3 No Recurring Charges
We will never charge you again after your initial purchase. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring fees.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use Slovle for lawful communication and community building purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Slovle to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the service
- Share child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
- Coordinate terrorism or violence
4.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. While we use end-to-end encryption and cannot read your messages, we may take action based on reports from other users or metadata indicating violations.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is our priority. Our practices include:
- Zero data collection for advertising or sale
- End-to-end encryption for all communications
- No message access - we cannot read your encrypted content
- Minimal data retention - only what's necessary for the service

6. Intellectual Property

Slovle and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute Slovle software
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Use our trademarks without permission

You retain all rights to the content you share through Slovle. Because we use end-to-end encryption, we cannot access, view, or use your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Service Uptime
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues or outages
- Force majeure events
7.2 Service Changes
We may update, modify, or improve Slovle at any time. We commit to:
- Never removing features from paying customers
- Providing notice of significant changes
- Maintaining backward compatibility when possible
8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Slovle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slovle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims related to Slovle shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($4.99 plus applicable tax).
9. Termination
9.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your account information will be permanently deleted
- Your access to the service will be terminated
- No refund will be provided (unless within the 30-day refund period)
9.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Pose a security risk to other users
10. Dispute Resolution
